Re: Donation Department of Chicago Charity Home for Children, Employee Identification Number 00-54328
Dear Mr Johnstone,
On behalf of the whole Chicago Charity Home for the Needy community, I wish to express my sincere gratitude for your charitable donation of $500 on date 20 February 2018. We highly appreciate that as a charity home community.
Thanksgiving is a moment of celebration and joy. Also, it is a moment of reflection. As the celebration holiday approaches, it is the moment to reflect with great appreciation on the bounty and blessings that you have shown. As you progress with your holiday, plan and reflect on what you have to be thankful for. It is good that you have also remembered those who are less fortunate, and we see you can assist those who are in need.
At the Chicago Charity Home Needy, we are committed to giving or providing assistance to needy individuals and families in our society. We do not operate on holidays, but we provide our assistance throughout the year. We have many individuals seeking assistance with food, clothing, shelter, medical care, education and others in our charity home. However, the problem we face is that our resources are limited. We normally depend on the wellness and genericity of the donors to continue to provide our service to these people in society. Therefore your contribution has created a greater impact on our community and the whole society. That is good.
I am also writing to inform you to consider making a tax-deductible donation to support the work of Chicago Charity Home for Needy as the donation for charity. We believe in the organization that no donation is small; we always appreciate any amount that God has put in your pocket to support us. We also accept any material things that you feel can make a change on another person. You can continue to contribute to our charity home through our website that is www.chicagocharityhomeforneedy.com, or you can contact us at 02345675421, which operates for 24/7. We normally accept checks from donors that can be sent to our address 1236-001 Chicago.
Additional, I like to inform you about the policies that are follower when making the donation base on the IRS website.
If the donor claims that the deduction on her or his return of $500 over those funds contributed property, it is mandatory that the donor attach Form 8283, which shows Noncash Charitable Contribution, to the return.
If the donor claims the total reduction of $5,000 or less for all property contributions, the donor should complete only Section A of Form 8283.
If the donor claims the reduction of more than $5,000 for the items or a group of similar things, the donor generally should be needed to finish Section B of Form 8283, which requires a typically qualified appraiser typically to appraise the vehicle and its value.
The donor needs to safely keep records of substantiating and donating the car’s current fair market values. The charity shall provide written acknowledgement that will describe the car and the charity it provides in exchange for goods or services. When the donor claims for the reduction of $250 and more funds for the car.
Therefore, all funds or items received in the charity home will directly go to provide support to the needy people and their families in society. Hence the best way to celebrate is to make your neighbour or friend feel happy. Thus the decision to help the needy individual is one of the important decisions for the growth of society as a whole.
