Process for Registering a Foreign Trademark in Nepal

1. Home/Foreign Trademark Registration Certificate: This certificate from the country of origin is required for registration.
2. Application for Registration: An original application form.
3. Trademark Label: Four color-printed copies of the trademark label.
4. Power of Attorney: One original document authorizing representation.
5. Board Resolution: If the applicant is a company/entity.
